3. What We Process
a) Server log files (automatic): technical data on each visit (IP address – shortened where possible –, date/time, browser, operating system, referrer URL). Purpose: secure, stable delivery. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: short-term, then deleted/anonymised.
b) Contact form: the data you submit (e.g. name, company, email, website/profile link, industry, message). Purpose: to answer your enquiry and explore working together. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Retention: until the enquiry is handled / our legitimate interest ends; statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Please do not submit sensitive or health-related data through the contact form.
c) No other processing: no accounts, no payments, no newsletter, no special-category data (Art. 9 GDPR).
